Refund Policy

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Contact us at laceandgrace99@gmail.com to start a return.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Please include photos of any damaged items when contacting us to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

  • Panties cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but bras can be exchanged if incorrect or damaged.
  • No returns on sale items.
For hygiene and health reasons, underwear, thongs, and similar intimate items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or removed.

Exchanges

Customer Responsibility:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost when exchanging a bra for a different size. This includes:

  • The cost of shipping the item back to us
  • The cost for shipping the new size to you

To initiate an exchange:

  2. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the new size
