How to Measure

Finding Your Perfect Fit

  • Bust Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra. Keep the tape measure level and comfortable, not tight. This measurement helps determine your cup size.

  • Underbust Measurement

Measure directly under your bust where the band of your bra sits. The tape should be firm but comfortable. This measurement helps determine your band size.

  • Waist Measurement

Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your navel. This is important for determining the correct size for high-waisted briefs and shapewear.

  • Hip Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. This ensures a comfortable fit for briefs, shorts, and other bottom pieces.

Sizing FAQs

How do I know if my bra fits correctly?

A properly fitting bra should: have a band that sits level around your body and doesn't ride up; have cups that fully contain your breast tissue without spillage or gaping; have straps that stay in place without digging in; and have a center gore (the part between the cups) that sits flat against your sternum. If your bra doesn't meet these criteria, you may need to try a different size.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. However, this can vary depending on the style and material of the garment. For bras, if your band measurement is between sizes, try the larger band size for comfort. If your cup size is between sizes, the larger cup size usually provides better coverage.

Do your sizes run true to standard sizing?

Our lingerie is designed to be true to standard UK sizing. However, we acknowledge that sizing can vary slightly between brands and different styles. We recommend using our detailed size chart and measuring yourself to find your best fit.

How often should I measure myself?

We recommend measuring yourself every six months or if you've experienced significant weight change, pregnancy, or hormonal fluctuations. Your body naturally changes over time, and keeping up with your current measurements ensures you always have the most comfortable fit.

Can I return items if they don't fit?

Yes, we understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes require trying multiple sizes. We accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. See our returns policy for more details.
